Start a booking request.
Use the optional online form, or call, text, or email DGC directly. Every requested date is reviewed before confirmation.
A request begins the conversation. It does not reserve a date.
- 1
Tell DGC what you need.
Preferred date, alternate dates, party size, hunt duration, lodging needs, and special requests.
- 2
DGC confirms availability.
No payment request is issued before DGC approves the exact date and session.
- 3
Agreement and initial deposit.
After approving the date and session, DGC sends the Booking Agreement and deposit instructions.
- 4
Written confirmation.
A reservation is confirmed only after DGC approves the date and receives the signed agreement and initial deposit.
Your details are ready for review.
This is still a booking request. A date is not reserved until DGC completes the confirmation process.
Published hunting periods.
These are the standard periods open for requests. Monday–Wednesday dates may also be requested, but require special approval and are never confirmed automatically.
